Return Policy

EXCHANGE/CREDIT NOTES:

For an exchange or 100% credit note, please ensure your return meets the following criteria:

  1. The item must be sent back within 14 days from the date of dispatch.
  2. It must be returned in its original clear frosted poly bag packaging with the swing tag still attached.
  3. The item must be unused and in its original condition, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged.
  4. Credit notes are valid for 36 months from the date of issue and cannot be extended.
  5. Items purchased at a discount of 40% or more during limited-time promotions (not listed in the final sale or archive page) are eligible for store credit.
Please note: VALKR reserves the right to refuse exchanges or credit notes if the garment does not meet the stated requirements.


REFUNDS:

To qualify for a refund (excluding shipping and handling fees), your return must adhere to the following criteria:

  1. The items must be returned within 14 days of dispatch.
  2. They should be in their original clear frosted poly bag packaging with the swing tag attached.
  3. The items must be unused and in their original condition, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, and undamaged.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS:

Australian customers are responsible for return shipping costs and handling fees through their chosen shipping provider. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs through their chosen shipping provider. Please contact returns@valkr.com.au with your order number to initiate the return process.

FINAL SALE ITEMS:

All items listed in the Archive Page (Final Sale) are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items purchased at a discount of 40% or higher during limited-time promotions are eligible for store credit. These items do not appear in the Archive Page (Final Sale) at the time of sale.

FAULTY RETURNS:

If you believe you have received a faulty item, please follow these steps:

  1. Email returns@valkr.com.au with your full name, order number, and clear images of the fault.
  2. Once we receive your email and confirm the fault we will provide you with a return shipping label to return the garment.
  3. Once your item has been returned unworn and in original condition we will provide a replacement, 100% store credit, or refund as per our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law.

VALKR shall not be liable for any defect or damage caused by improper maintenance, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions provided.

PRE-ORDERS:

Once a Pre-Order order is processed, cancellations are not permitted. Returns are accepted upon receipt of the order. Refunds or cancellations for change of mind are not offered.
