What currency are your prices in?
AUD. If you're shopping from overseas, your bank will convert at checkout.

How do I pick my size?
Check the size chart on each product. Every product page also lists the model's height and size. Between sizes? Read the fit note for that piece, because they don't all fit the same.

Do your sports bras run small?
They run firm. That's on purpose; they're built to hold through training. If you're between sizes, or want to wear it all day, size up.

What about shorts and leggings?
The 6" shorts are true to size. The leggings are compressive, so stick to your size for a snug fit, or size up if you want them more relaxed.

How do the tees fit?
Oversized and boxy, with a dropped shoulder. Take your usual size for the oversized look, or size down for a standard fit.

What sizes do you make?
XXS to XXL across most of the range. Weightlifting suits go up to XXXL.

How fast do you ship?
Orders leave within 1–2 business days. During launches and public holidays it can take a little longer.

How much is shipping?
Free across Australia on orders over $150. Under that, $10 flat rate. Delivery usually takes 2-6 business days, depending on where you are.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Customs duties and taxes are paid by the customer on delivery, so check your local rules before ordering.

I ordered a pre-order item with other stuff. When does it ship?
Everything ships together once the pre-order item lands.

Can I return or exchange?
Yes, within 14 days of dispatch. Items must be unworn and unwashed, in the original bag, with the swing tag still attached. Return postage is on you. Full details are in our Returns Policy.

How do I start a return?
Email returns@valkr.com.au with your order number.

Can I return sale or clearance items?
Clearance items are final sale: no returns or exchanges. Items bought at 40% off or more during a limited-time sale can be returned for store credit.

My item's faulty. What now?
Email returns@valkr.com.au with your name, order number and clear photos of the fault. Once we've confirmed it, we'll send you a return label and sort a replacement, store credit or refund.
